Made from three simple ingredients; almond flour, egg whites and sugar, the flavour of this Gluten Friendly treat is anything but simple. They make a great gift, addition to any sweet table, favour or as an add-on for your Layer Cake.

Filled with either a Swiss Meringue buttercream or a ganache without the use of artificial flavours.  We use real fruit purees and compounds, it’s a difference you’ll taste.
