Delivery on houses is NOT AVAILABLE through the online courier delivery option and must be arranged directly with MollyCake if required.

These houses come assembled for ease. If you want them flat, plase make a note in comments.


Large House: The house has lovely sugar windows and measures 8.5”w x 8”d x 11”h and sits on a 12” board with an open 'door' in the back so you can easily add lights to the interior.
Kit House: This classic sits on a 10" square board and measures approx. 7"x7"
A-Frame House: This classic has a 5”x5” base and measures 7” tall, sitting on a 9” round board.
Mini House: This wee house measures 3.5"x2.5"x4” and sits on a 5" board.

Perfect for decorating your naked house or cookies. If you aren't sure how much you need here are some suggestions;

1 Litre works for

  • 24 heavily decorated 5" cookies or 36 moderately decorated ones
  • 1 large, assembled, naked house (if assembled for you)

500g works for

  • 12-24 cookies moderately decorated
  • 1 assembled naked A-Frame house

250g works for

  • 12ish moderately decorated cookies
  • A couple mini naked houses
