Our 6" Signature Fruitcake is handcrafted with candied fruits, pecans, and warm winter spices, then gently infused with aged brandy and finished with a glossy brandy-apricot glaze. Each cake is slowly baked in a water bath to preserve its moist, tender crumb and deep, complex flavour — the mark of a truly luxurious fruitcake.
For those who prefer an alcohol-free option, we offer the same exquisite cake glazed with citrus marmalade glaze, providing a bright, festive finish that captures the warmth of the season.

Our fruitcakes are made the way tradition intended — with no preservatives, no additives.
Each cake is baked by hand in small batches, using only the finest ingredients: plump cherries, golden raisins, pecans, citrus zest, and aromatic spices that fill your kitchen with the scent of the holidays. After baking, every cake is carefully wrapped and stored to mature naturally — a slow-aging process that deepens flavour and enhances texture over time.
Storage & Serving
Our fruitcakes are built to last, aging beautifully when stored correctly.
Short Term (1–2 weeks): Keep tightly wrapped in a cool, dry place.
Medium Term (2–3 months): “Brush” lightly with brandy or orange juice every few weeks to preserve moisture and richness.
Long Term (Up to a year): Freeze slices or the entire cake — simply thaw and enjoy year-round.
To serve, allow the cake to rest at room temperature or warm gently to bring out its natural aroma. Each slice pairs beautifully with coffee, tea, or a glass of wine — a true celebration of tradition and taste.
