NOTE: it may be that not everyone will have seating, some decorating spaces will be standing room spaces. 

Two options: 

A-Frame, a larger house and a little more about the candy sits on an 8" board for decorating with icing and candy. Offers a larger surface to work with.

Mini House with 3 mini Cookies, a smaller house, more about the little details, sits on a 6" board for decorating. This one is more about the icing with minimal candy.

***MINIMUM OF 5 ATTENDEES MUST BE IN REGISTERED FOR THE PARTY TO RUN. IF IT IS NOT MET, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SWITCH TIMES OR A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN  

Indulge in the joy of homemade gingerbread this holiday season with our premium raw, flash frozen gingerbread dough! Perfect for creating festive cookies or building your own custom gingerbread houses, our dough is made from the finest ingredients to deliver that classic, spiced flavour you love. Whether you’re planning a fun family baking day or looking for a creative activity, our gingerbread dough is the ideal choice. Easy to roll, cut, and bake—just pop it in the oven for delicious, fresh gingerbread ready to decorate. Order now and make your holidays even sweeter!

Each Container contains approx. 2lbs of dough (900g) (offering approx. 36 cookies depending on their size and thickness). 

Ingredients: AP Flour, Molasses, Sugar, Butter, Egg, Baking Soda, Spices. 

Baking Instructions:

• Thaw dough in fridge for 24-48 hours in it's original packaging
• Allow dough to come close enough to room temperature that you can roll it out and cut cookies, but not so soft that it becomes unmanageable to work with
• If adding in Options (see ideas below), do it now, just sprinkle some on top of hand flattened dough, fold it over on itself, gently roll a little and repeat as desired
•  Roll to desired thickness (approx 1/4" is a popular size) and cut shapes as desired
• Place cut cookies on your lined or greased baking sheet and chill in fridge or freezer until nice and firm while oven pre-heats
• Pre-Heat oven to 375
• Baking times will depend on the size and thickness of the cookies and your oven, however, an average 3" ish cookie night take 7-10 minutes.
• When done, the top of the cookies will be a little puffed up, flat brown colour but not browning on the edges 
• Allow to cool before moving or decorating

Helpful Notes & Options:

• If the dough becomes too soft, put it in the fridge or freezer for a few moments
• When baking, remember to keep the shapes on a sheet to approx. the same size so that they will cook evenly (ie. don't mix 1" cookies with 3" cookies on one sheet)
• OPTION: sprinkle cut shapes with sugar before baking
• OPTION: before rolling, without over mixing, gently add in some grated chocolate, candied ginger or orange zest for a fun flavour twist
• MOST IMPORTANT: Have fun!

Available in two options, the Kit Houses come assembled, or flat, and ready to decorate (or assemble) on a board.  It comes with candy and lots of icing needed to decorate to your hearts content, or your tummy is full – whichever comes first.

*NEW* Icing comes as a powdered mix to be made at home - the batch will offer a very generous 1 1/4L to decorate your house with. You have the option to remove the icing mix and add on pre-made Royal Icing here *We recommend purchasing the mix to make fresh at home if you aren't making the kits right away.
