Comes in a 600g container offering approx 24 cookies, depending on size and thickness.
Ingredients: Flours, Butter, Sugar, Vanilla, Salt
Baking Instructions:
- Thaw dough in fridge for 24-48 hours in it's original packaging
- Allow dough to come close enough to room temperature that you can scoop it out into balls or roll it to cut shapes, but not so soft that it becomes unmanageable to work with
- Now is when you would mix in your optional add-ins
- Pre-Heat oven to 300
- Place cut shapes or balls onto lined baking tray leaving 1-2" between cookies
- Baking times will depend on the size of the cookies and your oven, however, an average cookie night take 12-18 minutes, rotating the tray part way through.
- When done, the cookies won't be shiny and they will not have started to brown around the edges yet but should appear 'set'
Helpful Notes & Options:
- If the dough becomes too soft, put it in the fridge or freezer for a few moments
- When baking, remember to keep the scoops or shapes on a sheet to approx. the same size so that they will cook evenly
- OPTIONAL ADD-IN IDEAS: add to the dough chocolate chips (or grated), skor pieces, cranberries & mini white chocolate chips, lemon zest etc. or you can sprinkle with coloured sugar prior to baking
