We use real ingredients and care in making the curd, use eggs and real lemon zest and juice. With your first bite, your taste buds will know that someone spent an afternoon juicing and zesting sunshine just for you!
Not overly sweet, this meringue based buttercream is smooth and easy to use on cakes, cupcakes or to eat with a spoon (we don’t judge!). The buttercream takes flavours really well and comes with instructions and suggestions on how to best flavour it and prep it for use.
